Chair Yoga is a great way to exercise without getting out of your chair. It adapts traditional yoga poses so that they can be done with a chair for support, making yoga more accessible for people who can not stand for long periods or prefer not to get down on the floor. This is a group of women and men who meet in the Farningham Village Hall on to enjoy each other’s company over tea and cake.
